Weight Watchers Worked!

I tried the Weight Watchers Diet. I was on it for about 3 months and I lost 30 pounds. I found it fairly easy to stick to and I was rarely hungry, because when you find foods with a low points value you can pretty much eat as much as you want of it.

While on the Weight Watchers Diet, I had to completely give up a few of my favorite things, like alcohol and cheese since they really rack up your points. However since you can bank your unused points and use them at the end of the week, I could always treat myself to some pizza or drinks on the weekend.

I ate a ton of vegetables since most of them don't cost any points at all. I ate lots of soup, fish, and lean lunch meats and everything was whole wheat with lots of fiber.

You are able to eat at restaurants on the Weight Watchers system but I just found it easier to eat at home where I could make sure I knew exactly what was going into everything I made. Also, I could eat holiday and special occasion food, just less of it.

I carried around a pad of paper with me everywhere to mark down what I ate and add up the points. You really have to be meticulous with keeping track of everything if you want this diet to work.

I would do the Weight Watchers Diet again if I gained some extra pounds. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight without having to eat any nasty diet food.
