Weight Watchers Online Worked Great For Me

I have been overweight since high school and have had a hard time finding a diet that I could stick to. I would do the yo-yo dieting many, many times and each time I gained the weight back. In fact, I would put on even more weight than I had previously had.

It wasn't until last June that I found the Weight Watchers Online diet program. This diet worked well for me, and is still working well today!

Last June my fiance and I finally set a date for our wedding so it was the day after that I decided that I had to do something about my excess pounds if I wanted to look nice in a wedding dress. I asked a few friends what they recommended and one of my friends (another success story) told me I should definitely try Weight Watchers online.

I choose to go with the online approach because I have a young son and a crazy work schedule that doesn't allow much time for me to make the Weight Watchers meetings.

The first week was a little hard only in the adjustment and figuring out the points values of the foods I ate on an almost daily basis. Once I had my baseline "favorites" saved to my account it was so easy! If I ate something new I simply plugged in the information from the packaging (calories, fiber, fat) and the online program give me a points number.

Eating out while on the Weight Watchers diet wasn't as hard as I thought it would be because most restaurants give nutritional information either in their menus or on their websites. I would just research before I went and choose my meal before hand or I would use the Weight Watchers Application on my fiance's iPhone to figure out points values if the meal wasn't planned.

After the first week or 2 on Weight Watchers, I didn't really feel like I was dieting at all. I would tell all my friends it was just that I was "paying attention" to the foods I was eating.

The best part is that Weight Watchers gives you a bulk amount of flexible points that you could spread out over the week or use all in 1 day if you had a big event such as a wedding where you know you’re going to overindulge. So when events such as a party came up I never felt like I was throwing my diet out the window by enjoying myself.

I lost 22 pounds in 2 months and am happy to say that I have still maintained what I have lost. I would definitely recommend the Weight Watchers Diet for anyone trying to lose weight and keep it off!
