Weight Watchers Is My Choice
After having my second child, I realized that I needed help getting back into shape. I had gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy and the weight was just not coming off as easily as it did after my first child.
After failing miserably trying to do it on my own I decided to give Weight Watchers a try. I followed the plan very carefully and attended my weekly Weight Watchers meetings. After 2 months I had lost the additional weight that I had gained.
As far as I am concerned, Weight Watchers is the only diet program that really works. It isn't a "diet", it's actually more of a lifestyle change.
The one thing I don't like about the Weight Watchers diet program is that I have to cook differently for myself that the rest of my family, so it definitely takes serious commitment and determination. I have been on this diet 3 times during the past 30 years, and it has worked every single time!
I have also tried other diets such as the Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, powdered drink diets and starving myself. You name it...I’ve tried it. And for me, nothing else worked as well as the Weight Watchers diet plan. It seems if I have any success whatsoever on another diet, it only works once. If I try it a second time, it's a complete failure. My body no longer responds to it.
The Weight Watchers diet will always be my choice. It teaches you how to eat healthy, control your portions, and still enjoy the the foods you love.
