P90X Lives Up To The Hype

I was one of those people who would sit on my couch and watch the P90X infomercials as Tony Horton guided these people through the exercises. I got excited about trying it out, so I eventually decided to see if it could live up to the hype.
It is such a great feeling to complete the 90 days and it truly gets you into the best shape of your life. I highly recommend doing the P90X program with a partner because you can help motivate each other. I'm not going to lie and say it isn't hard because this is an intense program, but IT WORKS!
The first week on the P90X fitness program, I was so sore I could barely walk. Once you get into the routine and start to see changes you will be glad you tried it.
I have now finished two rounds of P90X. The first round I did the regular P90X workout and on this last time I did the P90X Lean workout to tone up even more.
Don't be afraid of the P90X program if you can't do push-ups or pull-ups in the beginning, as there are a lot to do, because I could barely do anything at the start, but I built up my muscles eventually. As Tony Horton says, just do what you can.
I will say it is also very important to go along with the P90X diet plan that comes with the videos. The workout and the nutrition plan were made to be used together and to get maximum results, so it’s important that you follow both.
