P90X is Awesome!

I heard about P90X from a friend who had begun the training program and was impressed. I usually don’t purchase things advertised on TV, but coming from my friend I knew I had to try it out.
The first few weeks doing the P90X program were super tough because each session requires you to keep moving and keep exerting yourself. Do not take this lightly, as even before you can start the P90X program there is a basic fitness test that you must pass. The pace of the programs can sometimes be fast, but that’s the great thing about being able to pause and take a much needed break.
Of course, over time, I was able to keep up with Tony Horton and that was one of the things that amazed me. My body was adjusting and getting stronger. I developed muscles in places I didn’t even know I could. By sticking to the P90X program I was able to reach my physical fitness goal.
Another great feature of this training program is that it doesn’t require expensive equipment. With very basic exercise items, Tony Horton is able to come up with amazing workouts that some might buy specialized equipment for.
The most important "requirement" about doing this P90X fitness program is that you stick with it. The program has a very specific guide that is easy to follow and should not be ignored. Missing a day or two of exercise won’t be disastrous but it will mess up the routine. I love this program.
If you do start the P90X extreme home fitness program, PLEASE, take that picture at the beginning. It might sound goofy, but after just a couple of months you will be amazed at the changes in your body.
