Mixed Results With The Ab Lounger

I tried the Ab Lounger for a short period of time, but didn’t see any results. The machine comes with a workout DVD to follow along to. Putting the machine together was quite a challenge…and was actually a workout in itself.
I used the Ab Lounger 3 times a week for one month, just like it said. I never saw any results though. So I stopped using it because it was getting hard to fit the time to exercise into my schedule. When you have a family this is hard. Other things were always more important.
Though I did not see results, I am sure I would have if I had kept using the Ab Lounger machine and if I had time to fit in. Just like anything else, it’s easy to start using a piece of exercise equipment but after a while you just give up. The ab machine itself was good but I don’t know for sure what the end results would have been.
One of the most important things to point out with the Ab Lounge machine is that putting it together and moving it is nearly impossible. I had assembled it in a different room than I planned to use it in but somehow the doorways were not big enough. So, I got stuck and had to disassemble it and reassemble it in the room that I planned to use it in. So, make sure you plan ahead before assembling your ab machine.
The Ab Lounger commercials always advertise the low price of $14.99 but when I went to the store and bought it, the price was actually $99.00. This was a bit upsetting but I was positive the machine would work so I was not worried about the money. If I had known I wasn’t going to use it on a regular basis, I wouldn’t have spent that much money on it.
The Ab Lounger is probably an excellent piece of fitness equipment and might work great for some, but for me, I just didn't have the time to put into it to see the results I wanted.
