I Lost 8 Pounds In Only 7 Days With The Cabbage Soup Diet
I got the 7 Day Cabbage Soup Diet from a friend of mine. He told me it was only 7 days long and very effective. So I decided to give it a try. The diet says you can drink the cabbage soup all seven days without any limits.
The ingredients of the soup are cabbage, onions, green pepper and water with some celery. Other than that the diet contains only fruits, veggies and a small quantity of beef.
The first day of the Cabbage Soup Diet you can consume unlimited quantity of fruits. There is no limit on the type and quantity - except on bananas.
At the beginning of the day it was very interesting (not so bad) but as the time passed by and when evening came it was very difficult to eat fruits alone. It was so tempting to eat spicy foods. But I curbed the urge and managed somehow.
Two of the main aspects of the diet is that you should not feel hungry at any time, and that it's very important to drink at least 10 tall glasses of water daily.
I followed the Cabbage Soup Diet Plan for 4 days. But by the evening of the 5th day I could not resist the temptation. So I ate heartily.
For the next two days I followed the diet until the evening and ate heartily at night. At first, I thought that 4 days of hard work was in vain and that I wasn't going to lose any weight. But to my surprise when I weighed myself I found I was lighter by over 8 pounds in spite of not following the diet properly.
I was so happy and I started following the diet regularly and have lost about 33 pounds in the past two months. The Cabbage Soup Diet Plan recommends that you follow it once in two weeks, and is especially effective for men and women above 40 with excess weight.
